This Manu Tour and Ayahuasca starts with your pick up from your hotel at 5 am. You will be driven for 2 hours to Ninamarca, a small pre-Inca site that was a tomb located on the top of the mountains, here the tour guide will explain you about the Andes Mountain range and the importance of locating ancient burials on the top of the mountains. You will continue on the car 20 minutes more to Paucartambo, where you will have breakfast and also you will explore with the guide the interesting plaza and church of the town.
Then you will be driven 45 minutes to Tres Cruces de Oro, which is the starting point of the Manu National Park, officially from here you will start descending and exploring the deeps of the Manu Tour. Also, from these places you will observe from a lookout how amazing looks the transition of the Andes and the Amazon Manu rainforest.
You will descend the Manu Road with binocular and telescopes, so you will be able to spot birds like: the cock of the rock, quetzals and monkeys. Along the way the cook will prepare a delicious food nutritious diet for your Ayahuasca ceremony. After lunch you will continue walking and spotting more wildlife.
In the late afternoon you will get ready for your Ayahuasca ceremony. Before you take part of it, the shaman and the specialist ayahuasca guide, will have a big talk with all insides you will need to have a good ayahuasca ceremony. The ceremony will start at 7 pm and will last for 4 hours.

After a nutritious and varied breakfast, you will have an integration ceremony with the shaman to talk about your experience in the Ayahuasca ceremony on the Manu trip and to go deeper into the experience and the visions you had.
Afterwards you will be driven for 40 minutes to a place where you will be able to observe many varieties of hummingbirds, fruit tanagers, the jungle condor, boa and many other birds.
Then you will continue for 30 minutes to the port of Atalaya, where you will board a 30-minute motorboat to go to your lodge.
After a delicious buffet lunch, you will head on the motorboat to the Machuwasi meander lake, where you will have the opportunity to observe hoatzins, Camungos and dwarf caimans. After exploring and looking for animal life on the Manu jungle, you will go to a primary forest where you will find a giant tree from the ceiba family. This tree is about 60 meters high and it takes 15 to 20 people to go around it.
After a well-deserved shower and a comforting dinner, you will take a night walk to observe tarantulas, spiders, scorpions, snakes and many other nocturnal creatures on the Manu Ayahuasca tour.

This last day on the Manu Ayahuasca tour will be very colorful, as you will wake up very early to go and observe the arrival of many parrots and some macaws at a clay lick. Afterwards you will return to the lodge to enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast. After breakfast you will get ready to embark for 40 minutes on the Madre de Dios River to the port of Atalaya.
At this place you will have an Amazonian cooking class with your cook, you will learn to prepare a typical dish from the Manu tour. After lunch you will embark for 5 hours back to Cusco where you will arrive around 7 pm.
