The Ayahuasca diet is a series of dietary restrictions and practices that must be followed before having an Ayahuasca experience.
The diets must be done at least 3 days before the Ayahuasca retreat, it is most recommended that the diet be between 7 and 15 days.
Diets for Ayahuasca ceremonies are carried out on a nutritional, emotional and spiritual level.
Dietary restrictions for an Ayahuasca ceremony
The Ayahuasca dietary diet is very important to improve the experience of an Ayahuasca ceremony. By following a vegetarian or vegan diet we allow our bodies to become accustomed to better harmonizing with plant agents.
The foods that we should consume are beans (legumes), vegetarian foods, fruits and other natural organic products, very low in salt and sugar. No foods that have any type of chemicals, or animal meat that contains alteration by injections of hormones, proteins or others.
The Ayahuasca diet makes your body create a space with the plant kingdom and this helps with physical and energetic purification, eliminating substances that block sensitivity, favors the production of dreams, memory of past unmetabolized situations, deep introspection and encounter with the Inner Master.
The main advantage of the diet is that it helps us develop a deeper connection with nature and with our inner being, purifying negative and emotional overloads that you have stored.
Foods that should not be consumed:
Do not consume drugs, alcohol, coffee for two or three days before the Ayahuasca ceremony. Avoid canned foods, red meat and pork, sausages, and excess salt and sugar. You should not consume prescription or over-the-counter medications, antibiotics, injections, pills, vitamins, supplements.
Emotional Ayahuasca diet
The emotional diet before an Ayahuasca ceremony is very important for a more intense and profound experience.
Basically in the emotional diet you have to avoid feelings and emotions that do not coincide with the intention or intentions that the patient has to carry out the Ayahuasca retreat.
Avoid watching television, reading news or articles that may cause sadness, bitterness, anger or disappointment in the participants.
Avoid excessive social networks, since there we can also find things that can produce emotions not aligned with our purpose in the Ayahuasca retreat.
Avoid reading too much about the experiences of other people who have already taken Ayahuasca and focus on your own purpose. Each person is a universe in themselves and their experience will be unique and unrepeatable.
The most important thing is to focus on the main purpose or purposes for which you will perform an Ayahuasca ceremony.
Spiritual diet
The spiritual Ayahuasca diet is extremely important for master plant ceremonies. When we perform Ayahuasca ceremonies or other sacred plants from the Amazon, a lot of work is done on an energetic and frequency level.
Having the purest spirit possible energetically will make the Ayahuasca plant focus energetically on your being and what you need to heal.
To achieve this, it is very important not to have sex or masturbate at least 3 days before the ayahuasca ceremony.
